Thursday morning update

Not much to report this morning. Cosima has still not responded and this is a bit concerning though it could still be the drugs wearing off. She has eye movement but no responsiveness. She is being given minimal pain medication to help increase her responsiveness.

Earlier she had some breathing problems but this was most likely due to a fluid build up and she is breathing fine now.

She had a CT scan and the preliminary results look good, more information should be available later.

The number of friends calling to ask about her has been amazing. The hospital is getting so many calls they have asked if we can help cut down on the number they have been getting. Instead if you could please call Sam Kanner (her oldest son) directly at 206-650-4357 he can give you an update. Some of the time he won't be able to answer as he may be speaking with hospital staff but he will get back to you. I will try and update this blog each time I receive new information as well to help keep everyone in the loop.
